It reminds me of our practice. Some big box doctor's offices just 'try hard' but just aren't able to take care of you satisfactorily, return your phone calls, or diagnose you in a reasonable amount of time. Because our office is a direct care office (no insurance) and because we 'try harder' you can be sure you or your loved one has the proper work-up and nothing is missed.

So when we find something that most practices won't look for because it doesn't fit in the standard 10 minute visit, I think about how glad I am we 'try harder.'
